Hello, it's normal, you have a certain number of licenses for 2011 and a certain number for 2013. The one for 2013 is already all used. all that's left to do is wait for someone to close their Solidworks 2013.

I think the license server is in version 2011 (or 2012).

You have to put it in 2013 (or even 2016 so you're a little early) so that it can handle 2016 licenses and below. But the reverse is not true.

 

@G.M.: If there is no license available, the license server says so explicitly. Now, it looks more like a question that he doesn't understand, hence my deduction of the license server version problem.

Edit: I have confirmation that the error "-85,147,0" is a version problem. You must download the latest version of the license server from the SolidWorks website after logging in:
