Hi everyone. Here is my problematique.je have to mix an aluminum liquid by a steel rod so that the melting temperature is higher than that of the aluminum melting temperature.but despite that after the mixing I find in the liquid steel particles in the liquid...
So my question is is there a solution to avoid this mixing of particles in the liquid.......... Thank you

Hello
I advise you to use products used in aluminum foundries.
http://fbadie.free.fr/seffaforge.htm
There are also degassing products that remove impurities from aluminum.

One question, why mix this molten aluminum?

Why not use something other than a metal? Or mix the metal by shaking the container, like on a vibrating table? Be careful to mix very gently!

Precisely, what is the material of the container? Can't you take the same material to mix?
