I believe that there are ISO 6162, 6163 and 6164 standards for hydraulic pressures (also called CETOP RP 63H).

Hello. 

  There used to be AFNOR. Certainly now computerized. There must also be European and American standards. A search on the internet should give results. My last consultation with AFNOR was done a few years ago and quickly stopped as a private individual:  It was not free. Consulting with a manufacturer of industrial piping could be an approach. I would look at Vallourec.
