Is it possible to open a specific assembly in resolved?

Hello

When opening an assembly, is it possible for a subassembly to be automatically opened in resolved?

I use a lot of equations for subassemblies but when the upper assembly is opened, these subassemblies open in light. This has the consequence of not applying the equations.

Can this phenomenon be avoided?

Hello

You can choose to open all the assemblies in solved (in the options), but not one in particular as far as I know.

Otherwise, simply open the assembly that is causing the problem before, resolve it, and then open the top-level assembly.

But there is no other solution!

Hello

In the options you can enable the fact to always open in Resolved.

Hello Michael,
When you opened your assembly: Open it from the solidworks explorer and it offered you several tabs at the bottom of your files in the interface. Choose Open in Resolved or Large Design mode.
Kind regards
