ArchiCAD is an architectural software published by the Hungarian company Graphisoft, part of the German group Nemetschek, which allows you to create a 3D model of a building and then create various documents necessary for its construction (plan, perspective, etc.).
The software makes it possible to manage all the documents within the competence of an architect throughout the production cycle of an architectural project around a 3D digital model: plans, details, perspectives, synthetic imaging, quantity surveys. With its Virtual Building concept, ArchiCAD has been innovating in so-called BIM (Building Information Modeling) software since its inception.
