Please, I would like to do a static analysis of the arm that you see in the attached image , but always I get results that are not reliable (very excessive loads in the order of 5000 Mpa). I think I have a problem with the management of the contacts between the parts, the green parts are Teflon pads.
For the boundary conditions, I have a load of 1 ton at the end of the shaft and embedding of the last portion of the arm. (See photo of the simplified model)
