Excluded from the nomenclature

Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to check whether components are excluded from the BOM in an assembly?

Normally, coins are excluded from the nomneclature.

Then, you have to be on the view that was used to make the bill of materials and check each part to see its condition.

If it has "Include in nomenclature" when right-clicked, it means that it has been extracted, otherwise not.

Hello

You can see it in the feature manager, in the tree of your assembly, at the end of the line of the part concerned it is written "excluded from the nomenclature.

I apologize for digging up an old question, but is there now a solution under SW2018, because I have an assembly of several hundred parts?

Because I am starting from a study  that I did not do, and some have put some parts in a deleted state...

So I tried with the quick filters and others but didn't find it.

For those who are interested, you have to go through the visualization command, and there appears if, its state is excluded "yes" or "no". On the other hand, be careful, it seems that the "descending/descending" sorting does not work well.

See if it suits you with the utility available HERE, the last column indicates whether or not the part is excluded from the nomenclature:

If you like it, it will be possible to modify the program to allow an export to a csv file.

Updated zip file for:

- Added a button to export the table to a CSV file (stored in the program folder).

- Added the ability to sort on the header of all columns.

- Added a checkmark to allow multi-level analysis.
