Once you've uploaded your files to your project, simply:
1- Go to the "Project Management" tab
2- click on "Invite a collaborator"
3- enter the employee's email address and click on "Send invitation"
An email will be sent with the text, which you can personalize, to your employee.

As soon as your employee has received the email and responded to the invitation, all they have to do is log in to Lynkoa with their login details and click on "myCADplace". If this title does not appear, the page must be refreshed.

I took the liberty of adding the product "Mycadplace" to your question, we have just added it!
The problem is solved but not retroactive.
From now on, activities that happen in Mycadplace will no longer go up to the "Lynkoa" activity.
It will be hidden, as it can be confidential.
