Often in sketches or when inserting components, you have to look for the origin. It's not very complicated but the idea would be to use the O key for example to directly select the origin. Does it exist?

I'm not sure you'll have a solution via Macro (@.PL may contradict !!), but without macros, you can already simplify your life:
In an assembly, if the goal is to insert a component by placing the origin of this new component on the origin of the assembly, simply launch "Insert components", point to the component you want to insert, then validate directly (without clicking in the graphics window). Your component will automatically be original and fixed.
For sketches, in your assembly and part file templates, you must "Show" the origin in the Feature Manager and uncheck Display/Origin. Follow along! So, when you open a 3D, the origin is not visible (lightens the view), but as soon as you edit/create a sketch, you will see the origin.
