I would like to know if it is possible to display a custom properties directly in Windows Explorer  without having to open the properties of the file

It seems to me that we can only affix the description.

If it is not used, then we can create a macro so that the description is identical to another field.

I'm going to try to make a macro that uses one of the unexploited fields of Windows

The easiest way is to make a macro to transfer the SolidWorks property (which you want to display in Windows) into the description property.

So by displaying Descritpion in Windows, you will have the desired result.
