Export or import iges / Autocad version 14 file?

How do I export or import an iges file from an Autocad version 14 file?

 

I know that it can be done since I was still doing it until 2004 but I had a serious accident at the beginning of 2005 with a head injury.

So I lost a part of my memory.

I haven't lost anything from using Autocad except these functions...

I'm even still able to write LISP programming files.

I followed an upgrade of the SAMCEF Finite Element Calculation software.

These functions would be really useful for the exchange of data between his software for the construction of the base model (the geometry).

Hello

 

First of all, to export in the drop-down menu (at the top left) you have to "export" then " CAD format" there you have to choose the iges format and then you save. 

 

To import you choose "Open" then "file types" (you put all the files) you go to get your Iges and you open it.

I just saw under AutoCAD it is possible to import and export iges see .jpg attachments.

 

so well on autocad V12 and the 2012 version of the software.
