Exporting a SW file while keeping the reference planes and axes?

Hello

We have been working with Pro/Engineer (Creo) so far and we have just changed the CAD platform to SolidWorks.

So I want to be able to export a SolidWorks part file to a neutral file while keeping the axes and the reference planes. (for import into CAM software)

The Axemble support tells me that this is impossible under SolidWorks, I am very surprised since the Pro/Engineer (Creo) support had, at the time, found the solution by modifying some internal files of the software.

So I'm calling on the community to try to solve this problem that is causing us a lot of concern.

Kind regards

Hello, I think that if Axemble support told you that it's impossible, it's not even worth looking! They are very competent in general! We could imagine creating solids: a thin parallepiped for the planes by extruding the name of the plane for more legibility and rods or a round one for the axes...
