Hello!
I'm looking to add a straight line to the end of a propeller to later sweep the whole thing.
Oddly enough, I can select the end of the propeller to create a plane.
On the other hand, in this plane which contains the end of the propeller, I can't grasp the end of the propeller.
Is it impossible? That would be weird. If so, how do you get around the problem to create a continuous profile?
Thank you!
Hello
Could you put some screenshots and your room so we can see???

See this tutorial among others
http://www.lynkoa.com/tutos/3d/les-courbes-solidworks
It is true that an image of the need would have had a more specific response
the tutorial above is specific for curves under SW
in general
Once the propeller is made, you just have to recover the end of it
to create a plan to draw his straight or line
and to create the junction between the 2 via a 3D sketch
and convert it all into a 3D sketch

Creating a 3D sketch is the only way I've found to access the end of the propeller.
Thank you for the -1 Cédric... I put it on you for a good reason; it's that gt22 had given you the solution by creating a 3D sketch....

I think I gave you the walkthrough 2 days ago
and which of + is a specific tutorial for curves on SW
that you didn't deign to comment on either ;-(
so that you can understand the way of proceeding
It seems unjustified to me to give you the right answer since you are not the carrier of the walkthrough
If you want us to help you, at least reward the answer-bearers
and the people who drive the schmilblick forward
so -1 same punishment
