In the text file there is something that is in the Solidworks folder.
It handles texts like folds down, up, etc. and Fixed Face.

It's possible that it's not possible!
To delete the text:
Right mouse button click on a flat pattern drawing view and select properties. In the lower right corner of the Drawing View Properties, there are Show Fixed Face and Show Grain Direction checkboxes. Un-checking them will remove the labels from the drawing view.
Then add a note...
