Making holes at the base of a hollow torus

Hello

I try to make holes at regular intervals at the base of a hollow torus.

I'm stuck after the first hole, I can't use the circular repeat.

A little more help!!

Hello

here is the part with circular repeat, when you click on the circular repeat function the FeatureManager opens and in the 1st box of the parameter you select your circular stop then in function you select your material removal then in the 3rd box you tell it how many holes you want. I was successful by selecting the axis rather than the edge, but your trick works well too.

Z is 15 but in the downward direction
