Make a 2d of a surface body

I want to make a 2D plan of a surface body and it doesn't appear on the 2D sheet.

How can it be represented?

For polygon bodies, you can insert them via the model objects (if we are talking about SOLIDWORKS of course)

Normally your surface body should appear!

Is it clearly visible in 3D?.

@Coyote if your part contains a volume body and a surface body, the surface body does not appear by default

Ha yes I was in the case where there is only the surface...
