I made my plan in A4 portrait format.
However, I now want to create the same cartridge and others on an A4 landscape, A3 landscape & A3 portrait format.
When I change the format of the sheet, my cartridge disappears...
I can't copy my cartridge to another sheet...
Do you have a solution please? Thank you in advance.

To change the basemap, you need to have background models created.
Accessible by right-clicking on the sheet of the drawing in question.
Right-click sheet property -> Browse -> apply
Make sure the Show basemap checkbox is selected

Thank you but I may have explained myself badly. I have my background made in A4 vertical.
I now want to create a horizontal A4, a vertical and horizontal A3.
But I don't want to keep the same cartridge as the one I have on my vertical A4. Without having to redo everything...
As said above you have no choice
You have to create each background plan template

You can very well start from your basemap which has the appropriate cartouche and change the dimensions. Obviously, for each new format, you have to create a file with a different name.
In summary, you take the @Yannick method but you duplicate the A4 file under several different names and then you come back to each of the waters to put some elements in the right dimensions. Make an old point backup of your A4 master so that if you waffle yourself you can go back to the previous situation.

OK I misunderstood,
Blocks can be created for the cartridge, index table...... reusable for different formats
Start from an annotation and line stroke, select all -> right-click --> Create Block
Save the block
To use it again, insert block in the basemap

As Zozo_mp says, you have to change the size of the A4 basemap to put in A3
