Hello

On a CAD workstation, when I want to change the status of a parent, I don't have the double check mark to quickly select the children.

Do you know where this can come from?
It seems that because of this I can't make the change of status on the position in question...

Hello, users are part of the same group?
Otherwise I think you have to go to the groups/users settings (right click/settings) in the administration.

This is not a group-level setting.
In the transition window, just right-click and select " Show Reference Selection Commands":
