Dimension window

Hi all

a quick question about dimensioning in sketches in SolidWorks (on 2017 SP2).

When creating a dimension, you have a small interface window that opens (with the name and value of the dimension as well as some options)

When you want to change the dimension, you double click on it normally, and it is possible to change the value in this window that appears.

This little window, I don't know why doesn't appear anymore now when I double click on it! It's a shame because this window is very practical.

Is there an option or any hidden evil button that can solve this problem?

It's the 2D Moment that is activated I guess.

It must be disabled to find the floating dimension window by double-clicking on a dimension.

A priori it's not that: the 2D moment is disabled, I had already tried elsewhere.

You have to go to Tools ==> Options ==> General and check the first option "Enter dimension"
