As always, 1st thing to check that the driver is the one recommended by SW

If you have changed your graphics card you have to check the drivers as said @stefbeno .
In some cases you even have to reinstall them cleanly, which is not always easy. but you can use a tool called "Display Driver Unistaler" here are some explanations in French on how it works.
