I'm on Draftsight 2021 x64 and when I want to bring up the settings window (right click), it seems to open but I can't see it, I can't find it. I have already seen a topic on the forum, I did the things described (changing screen resolution, using a single screen, resetting user settings) and then in the end I uninstalled and then completely reinstalled the software, the problem is still there.
Another thing to advise me to help me out?

Resetting the user settings should indeed solve the problem,
Have you renamed the full Draftsight folder to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming? you can put yourself on a single screen before this manipulation,

I just did the test on my dual screen and on my side the window comes back to the draftsight screen,
After renaming the folder, on the 1st launch draftsight do you have the license agreement acceptance window, where you have to click on "accept"?
I didn't have the acceptance window during the 1st manipulation, I just did it again and this time it works.
I had 2 Drafsight folders, 1 in Roaming then Dassaults Systems and the other in Roaming, I renamed the 2.
