When doing Tool/Properties, nothing is displayed?

It may have been slipped out of the frame of the screen.
If no solution, at worst, the software will have to be reinstalled.
I had the same problem a few months ago and got it fixed at a local computer store. I don't know why it happened. I'd love to see the right solution.
Classically, it's after the use of a second screen.
In the Windows settings, instead of doing extended display, you should choose "Show only on 1" (if 1 is the screen in use)
