Closing a sphere in surface

I'm currently on the surface. I've never really worked with it and now I can't close my sphere

Do you have an answer or a tutorial that would meet my needs?

Hello Romain,

You can simply make a revolution in surface with a sketch of this kind...

If your sphere doesn't have to be all the way around your part, you can then rework it with surface restrictions.
