I would like to know if anyone knew where I could find CAD files of industrial buildings such as hangars with cladding

You would have to specify your exact need: to create a representation of an environment, to have a design basis, etc.
If it's just to get a "picture", you can find the profile of a cladding sheet and create the piece.
It is to set up a building next to an awning that I am designing.
See on Grabcad eventually.
As it's just to have a silhouette, you can model it roughly (you will save in SW processing time) just by doing a repetition on the visible face(s) to have the "cladding" look.

That's okay, so I modeled a simple building and applied a cladding texture!
We see nothing but fire!
