Are files hosted in EPDM encrypted/can they be encrypted?

Hello

As a recent EPDM user who needs to respond to an audit, I want to know if the files contained in EPDM are or can be encrypted?

The scenario being: an unauthorized individual manages to access EPDM's servers, can he read in plain text the files hosted in EPDM?

 

I thank in advance those who can contribute to this post.

As indicated in the link below, the files are not actually encrypted, it is possible to read them but it is not within everyone's reach:

Thank you for the link, it's very clear.

 

So, has any of you implemented a particular encryption solution? Are there any recommendations from Dassault System in this regard?
