In fact, the links do not give 3D.

If it's just to get a preview, it's easy from the DXFs of the second link to create a 3D by making a simple revolution around the central axis.

Apart from making contact with them, and trying to "extract" from them (which is far from being won !!)  a 3D or 2D file seems difficult to do better.
