"Thicken" function greyed out

Hello everyone.
On my SolidWorks 2021, the " Thicken " function, in " Insert, Bossing Base " remains grayed out, even if I select a face
Do you have the solution?

Can you attach (screenshot) on which function (face, sheet, other...) Are you trying to apply this function?
Possibly this function cannot be thickened with the chosen function.
