I would like to apply the bending function (PS: I am under SW2012) on the profile of a part following the "Y" axis and not following "Z" as required by SW of the base.
I don't see how to do it. The SW aid does not talk about being able to change the bending axis.

You have to indicate the right adjustment planes so that the bending axis is correct!
Edit: so in your case put the planes perpendicular to Z!

In the trihedron, it is necessary to indicate on which axis the bending should take place.
So here on Ry, normally.
And if not, take the trihedron to move/rotate the bending axis...
