IF function in custom property text variable

Hello

I want to vary one custom property according to another.

ex:

Property n°1: Loose Thickness (EPM)=12mm

property n°2: type of loose screw (TVM)=IF(EPM=12,"TF3.5x35" screws,"TF4x45 screws")

I completely dry up on the solution. The problem does not seem too complex to me, however.
