Someone would explain to me why my tenon is more wide than my mortise please.
I checked all the settings and they are the same ones I usually use and it works fine.

Which version of SW do you use? We're not bad in 2022 I think. It's good to share a sldprt file or the settings of your function, a general view can also help

I'm using the 2023 version of SW, thanks for your help I'll think about it for next time to put files. I think it was just a SW bug because now the mortise and tenon function is working properly again.
If I understand correctly, there would also be bugs in SW 2023?!? Surprising isn't it?

Be careful, it seems that there is a function to reverse the offset of the mortise with respect to the tenon:
Probably for the strong interlocking...
Personally, never tested and never used...
