Personally I find this site great. Finally a dynamic site where there are quick answers. Sharing experience and documents. Nothing to do with the multitudes of forums that have a hard time living. 

In addition, I find the way of reward great because it motivates and will allow the site to live for a long time. And I'm not talking about the challenges that give objectives for those who want to do concrete modeling.
