How solidworks 2014 works

Good evening everyone.

Does anyone know if there is a document to explain how solidworks works.

Explain the links between parts and assembly, the properties created in a part so that they are written in a bill of materials.

Kind regards.

There is the Solidworks help file, it is complete and accessible via the software =)

The help file includes tutorials, tips, and the help file.

@David, Solidworks for dummies is nice too but it's a little more expensive than a pdf (100€)^^

@Bart / I think it's like everything, if you search a little less officially it can be found for free! :)

All on board thank you all.

I'll clarify, my boss wants to know how it works (it's clear no !!) of course I'm kidding.

I'm looking for a document that would explain how the files interact with each other.

Otherwise I'll make a doc myself with screenshots.

Thank you in advance.

The forum can't offer illegal content... ^^ yes, there is always a way to learn via all the tutorials on the net.

A google search should be enough.

If you want to learn a little about how Solidworks works, go to the "Tutorials" section of this site. And on leguide3D.fr you have 1-hour webcasts explaining the different possible connections.

I may be booed but I find that Wikipedia explains quite well the relationships between parts, drawings and parts in Solidworks. (Notably in the "Assembly" paragraph)

@Bart I'm not looking for something hacked. Just a .PDF or a POWER POINT.

@Frédéric I thought about answering him that, but hey...

@Joss.G the idea is far from silly.

I'm going to prepare a document with screen prints.

Kind regards.
