Hello
We have retrieved a client's basemap in SW2022 and want to convert it to a basemap that can be used in SW2020.
How can we manage this situation without recreating the basemap?
(Double installation is possible if required)

To test a copy paste of sketches between the 2 versions, but I'm very skeptical.
In my opinion it is not possible to get this basemap without going through a dwg or other neutral format, with all the work to put back the properties and other data...
Backwards compatibility is unfortunately not possible.
Maybe by turning into a block, SGDG
Try creating a background template, but there 's a good chance it'll be tagged 2022.
I only see the passage through the dwg plus re implant the properties.
Also have if a copy paste 2022 to 2020 works, if you have the possibility to open the 2 on the same pc either by copying the text frame or directly in the text. (if it's clear enough, I understand myself, the opposite is not obvious hihihihi)
