The objective: to avoid filling out the form each time a new MEP for a given project is new.
The solution: Save the basemap with its information to load it into each new MEP of the project in question.
Has anyone tried successfully because it doesn't work, or not normally.
Some fund plans agree to take care of themselves, others do not??? 
In addition, some FDPs load with each new plan, while the default plan template contains another FDP.

First of all, pay attention to the background (slddrt) / plan template (drwdot) nuance. The template contains a basemap (including a right-click path property).
Secondly, are your basemaps named differently depending on the information contained?

We agree, I make the difference between template and basemap and I have specific names for each basemap, but nothing helps.
