Hello
I'm working with SolidWorks 2014, on a Windows 10 64bits.
On some parts, I end up with the "famous" error message:
"Could not load SolidWorks DLL: GdtAnalysisSupport.dll. "
After searching on our mutual friend Google I came across this post: http://www.lynkoa.com/forum/solidworks/probleme-gdtanalysissupportdll
On my pc, the file is in C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks3
And as for the KB3072630 update , it is not present on my computer.
I'm opening a new post for Windows 10 owners rather than digging up a topic that dates back to 2015-2016
Thank you in advance for your next answers

Hello
Did you download the missing dll and place it in the folder in question?

Hello
Normally, the compatibility between Solidworks and Windows 10 only works properly from Solidworks 2015 SP5 onwards.

SolidWorks 2014 incompatible with WindAube 10
The official release date for Windows 10 is set for 29/07/2015, but what about compatibility with SOLIDWORKS ?
In a recent press release, the publisher spoke about the versions compatible with this new OS, the supported versions of Windows 10 will be:
Windows 10 Pro (x64 only) Windows 10 Enterprise (x64 only) SOLIDWORKS WINDOWS 10 INFORMATION The supported versions of SOLIDWORKS on Windows 10 will be:
SOLIDWORKS 2015 SP5 SOLIDWORKS 2016 SP0 To summarize, SOLIDWORKS will not be supported on Windows 10 in x32 version.
Versions 2014 and earlier will not be supported on Windows 10.
For the latest SOLIDWORKS Windows 10 compatibility information (Windows, Office, Antivirus, etc.), visit the website: SOLIDWORKS System Requirements

Hello
Windows 10 is installed by default with the 4.6 framework (it seems to me) while SW versions prior to SW2015 SP5.0 rely on the 3.5 framework, which is no longer part of windows by default. You can try to install it (see http://www.windows8facile.fr/w10-installer-net-framework-35/ ) but this will not guarantee that SW will work (which you may have to re-install or repair after installing the 3.5 framework).
Otherwise, switch to SW2015 SP5.0 minimum or go back to Windows 7 (or 8.1 depending on taste).
Kind regards
