I am asking for all those who could help me by sharing their experience and their work tools.
There you have it, I'm developing a tool to monitor my tooling or product activities.
I immediately noticed that time was wasted in management because there is no suitable tool.
Emails are abundant and so are the chats. They are not suitable.
I started to list needs with a google sheet file.
There is a need for schedule monitoring
A to-do list
an application entry form
A dashboard to centralize everything that would be collected, a historical follow-up of calls, messages, emails, chat.
monitoring of design activities from the specifications to completion.
A quality follow-up of the parts designed. Gap between physical part and plan. And define corrective actions.
The objective is to centralize everything but must not be a gas plant
Today, it doesn't matter if you don't meet all of my specifications. The idea is to make a tool that evolves over time.
The hardest part is the skill in googlesheet.
I would like to be able to make a link between googlesheet and Gmail- an archiving visible in a google sheet.

Currently we are using MONDAY, which will address some of the problems. In the same style of the can also have WRIKE.
Before going on these solutions I had tested a lot of others, open source or not, free or not.... But in the end, the paid solutions seemed to me to be more adapted to my needs.
The limit I can see is if you want to make GANT diagrams a bit complex. The management between task and subtask is not very well managed or not at all. Also if you want to manage several large projects with shared resource management....
For the rest I do the tasks you list with MONDAY. I have tables in which I list incoming customer requests and in which I list the tasks to be done. Then you can assign them to collaborators, associate documents (CDC, to do list.....) Depending on how you design your boards you will be able to extract schedules, progress of tasks, visualization of delays, reminder a few days before the deadline... etc...
Then if you want to move on to stronger solutions with a link between CAD, ERP ... etc.. you will have to turn to other tools such as AUDROS if you stay in the VISIATIV environment. There are others and also online, see the 3DExperience platform from Dassault. But now you change category and price!!
