Hello

We are a bit on the edge of the theme of the network, but I still ask the question.

I will have to take complete charge of the management of our machinery/licenses in addition to my design work.
Knowing that we are about 10 users, with about 15 machines, what methods do you use? Specific software, multiple XL tables, BDD Access? How do you name your machines?

Currently I have a pair of XL charts to know who has which license but with the coming generalization of rental, I feel great moments of loneliness coming...

It's a bit in the era of time with data control etc...

We use an excel for the names of workstations and licenses sw (or other important software)
