I'm using SW2015 and I'd like to know how to have an identical title block on all the additional sheets of the drawing.
I customized the title block in .slddot formats, which results in changing the title block in the .slddrw but only in the first page. How do I get the same modified title block in the additional pages of the drawing?

You must also save the basemap in slddrt.

Cyril.f is right, so you have to register Layout models in .slddot, but also basemaps in slddrt.
Otherwise when you make a MEP and you have filled your cartridge which must be practically identical on your 2nd sheet, you can always copy your first sheet and paste it afterwards.
Select your leaf in your tree, Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V in the void of your tree.
