Is it possible to assign equivalents to a manufacturer part?
For example, if using a PHR3 connector from JST, how do you assign an equivalent from another manufacturer?

You should talk to the person who created your data cards.
To be able to do this, you would have to be able to enter several values on the part and supplier refs -> it will complicate the data card quite a bit.
It may be easier to manage at the level of your CAPM (it may happen that they support having several suppliers for the same part).

There is the option to create multiple configurations in the same room (one per vendor), with the values of the variables linked to the configuration.
