Hello. I'd like to find a way to make a sketch that isn't used in a function appear on my drawing for a laser engraving request on a sheet metal. Until now, we used the split line function, but this function is too cumbersome and makes solidworks crash and makes the part unusable unless you hide or delete it. Do you have an idea?

You select your sketch from the MEP and then you have the entities converted and you should be able to have it in the MEP.

After creating the sketch in the model, have you tried to do show/hide-show/sketch?
Another possibility is to make the sketch in the drawing.
