I just reinstalled DraftSight again without any particular problems
on the other hand the problems happen, for example I can't adjust a scale which is 1/140th all I manage to do is to make my drawing disappear on sheet Sheet 1 so I went to sheet Sheet 2 where this drawing is on this 2 and the drawing is very small with a ratio of 1.1 how to proceed to configure and put it to scale 1/140 and then print it
