Icons (a screenshot of the CATIA window) might help.
Under CATIA V5, when you start to have abnormal functions, you restore the Catsetings or even reset it to "default".
On files, a CATDUA can also solve some PB, especially if the part has undergone successive modifications under different versions of CATIA.
