Hello

on SW 2019 I can't tell the difference between parts and drawings in windows 7 the icons are identical.

Do you have a solution?

See in System Tools>option>option>General if the "Show graphics samples in Windows Explorer" checkbox is checked 

Otherwise in the meantime you can always display the file extension.

Check what the default program is for these file types, it should be "Solidworks Launcher".

One of my colleagues told me that this problem was solved with Windows (I have Windows 7), but he doesn't know how. If anyone has an idea, I'm interested :-)

Go to the Windows Explorer, on the tools side > folder option > view tab> and uncheck "always show icons, never thumbnails".
