Import stl file dand SW units 1000 x too big?

Hello

when I import an STL file -> file open,  the part arrives 1000 x too large in SW 2018 
Unable to fix the problem by modifying the units  with -> Option -> -> units

Strange, for my part in SW 16, it works well. 

When you open it, you're going to change Option --> File  format? (see image)
