Importing a Solidworks file to the mycadplace viewer

Hello

 

I am currently experiencing a problem when inserting files on the Mycadplace viewer.

I tried inserting STEP, solidworks parts, and solidworks assemblies.

When inserting the file on the platform, the loading bar activates but remains at 0%.

A message then appears telling me "Error loading your model."

 

Inserting the same file natively is not a problem.

 

Do you have a solution?

Hi, so it works natively, don't worry!

Otherwise, I know there's a bug and it doesn't work all the time. Maybe we should report the bug in the "lynkoa problem" group
