Unable to access the Solidworks Visualize application

When I try to launch the application I get the message: "Failed to obtain a license " even though I have 11 licenses available in the license module

Hello

You can only use Visualize if you are under maintenance.

SW's argument would be the following: if you are under maintenance which is the only thing we are interested in since it creates VA for the company then, magnianime,  you are granted the right to use the application for free (since you did not buy it but it is included in the purchased version of CAD or simulation).

No maintenance then you are punished where, as they say more subtly and with your mouth in your heart. It's a customer advantage :-) :-) but (soto voce) only accessible to customers under maintenance.

You can, however, acquire the PRO version for a fee and some additional features such as rendering for videos and other minor stuff.
