Unable to find the SRV server

Our EPDM "administrator" - SolidWorks is only coming back tomorrow from vacation but this morning, when we "wake up", me and my colleagues cannot access the EPDM vault. After typing the password for the vault connection, we receive the message "Unable to find the SRV server..." "

We have a Mycadservice account (I think) but all this data is with the administrator...

Another thing, I can work "offline to the trunk" but my colleague can't even start Solid without connection.

I would like to know if someone could advise me how to reach the "hotline"?
