I just installed SLDW 2017 and uninstalled the 2011 version
I have been printing in pdf since a SLDW 2017 drawing, the pdfs appear without the figures of the quotes,
(the lines of attachment appear, however)
The cartouche appears empty of annotations, what happens???

Maybe you have a specific font, in which case when you make the PDF save to check the "Embed fonts" box via the options.

This has happened to us often. After asking support, it is a SW bug.
We have noticed that to overcome the problem. You should not minimize SW in the taskbar and leave the window visible.

Personally, I use SolidWorks 2015, and to print a plan in PDF I first save the plan in PDF. ("File" → "Save As" → You choose the location of your file and then you put it in PDF)
Then you open it with Adobe Reader or a similar software and you can print it without worries normally.
