Hello since I have had a little problem. When I open a plan, it is automatically printed without asking for my opinion.

Is it the SP5?
No recent printer modifications?
Is the problem on all levels? On other positions too?
Same after a restart? By removing and reinstalling the printer too?
Hello, thank you for the answer, we are in sp1 version, a windows 10 update has been made and we cannot install the sp5 pack an update blocks the upgrade (kb3072630)
I'm not an expert on windows 10, would you have the procedure to follow to put it all back in order.

It is strongly recommended to upgrade to SP5.

I know this won't solve your problem but....
Please note that Windows 10 is only validated by Solidworks from the 2015 version of SolidWorks

Windows 10 is certified for SolidWorks from 2015, but people who tested didn't have any particular problems to my knowledge.
But it would be better to move on to 2015 for sure.
