A priori not possible in AutoCAD, you will have to use small macros or third-party software, see here:

If you know how to run these routines under Autocad LT2014, please keep me informed...

Under autocad LT (can import version) not all text increment or attribute functions are possible. Only full versions have these functions in the form of lisp or toolbox (programmed functions). This is one of the big advantages for a 2D artist to switch to the non-LT version and pay full price. Same problem for Drafsight where macros are available under the Pack version (paid by annual deduction).
